I earned my NYS Department of State Real Estate License in 2008, the year otherwise referred to as the collapse of the real estate market and economy as we had then had known. And have been actively pursuing my career since then. There have been ups and downs over the last several years. But the joys and challenges of working with first and seasoned homebuyers and sellers always outweighs the challenges and erratic behavior of our economy and the volatile real estate market. The last 2 years I've been working with investors renovating and rehabilitating single family homes and in turn the neighborhoods where they reside. I find this most gratifying as it helps not only a new homebuyer, but stabilizes and improves the larger community as well.
