A beautiful aspect of my job is that potential partners will only choose me if I am providing better quality and better pricing than what they were previously receiving. If someone walks out of Colonial displeased with their portfolio, they can and will go elsewhere. I refuse to let that happen. I work as hard as I can for my clients to keep them pleased with my service, their thoroughness of coverage, and our carriers' pricing; so that I may therefore keep those clients myself. The agent-to-client relationship is truly a symbiotic one, and it is my job to keep the relationship flourishing for as long as I can.
