Impact was developed in 2004 by a group of veterans with the sole purpose of addressing the gaps that exist within the process of transitioning military servicemen and women to civilian careers. Our main focus is to help guide and provide service members with a path to successful and fulfilling lives and careers. We provide them a platform that helps them build out their professional network and connect with peers as well as providing assistance to explore career opportunities both as business owners and employees in the private sector. We're founded by veterans and owned by veterans. Over the past decade Impact Brands USA has built a prestigious network supporting separating men and women and their path of separating from military service and finding success as business owners within our community.
