My main career has been as a Domestic Engineer. I have been married for 37 years and we have 11 children and currently 9 grandchildren. Focusing my attention on the importance of a healthy family laid the foundation for what I have been passionate about for the past 10 years; health and wellness! That covers a broad area, but my interest has centered mainly on nutrition. Losing my parents to preventable diseases is what in part fueled my passion to become a student of nutrition and learn how a proper diet can greatly reduce our risk for degenerative disease. I love empowering people with simple, yet effective education that will enable them to live happier and healthier lifestyles.
The goal and mission that resonates with our company is: Reduce childhood illness & disease by: Improving family nutrition...one community, one neighborhood, one family, one child at a time.
" Many things can wait. A child cannot. Now is the time his bones are being formed, his blood is being made, his mind is being developed. To him we cannot say tomorrow, his name is today."
