My practice focuses on Foreclosure Defense. I do not charge a large retainer, nor do I charge hourly fees. I provide full lawsuit defense for a low monthly fee that is generally around 25% of what the mortgage payment was. Our goal is to keep people in their homes until they can stabilize their financial lives and give them time to decide their future without being under a crisis deadline.

As a member of the Board of Directors of our local Legal Aid Society I realized that a very small percent of people facing foreclosure qualify for Legal Aid.

And of the huge majority that do not qualify for Legal Aid, only a small number can afford $200-$300 per hour for an experienced attorney.

So, knowing that a homeowner cannot make mortgage payments while in foreclosure, I developed a Low Fee Program that charges about 25% (or less) of what the homeowner's mortgage payment was...so low that the homeowners cannot get an equivalent rental for what we charge...and so low that they can afford legal services to protect their rights...and keep from being run over by predatory lenders.

I am not aware of any other firm in Central Florida offering full law suit defense in foreclosure actions on this basis.
