RMC is the hospitality industry's only Buying Consortium for group meetings and conventions. We book thousands of meetings annually enabling us to secure preferential rates, increased concessions and more lenient contracts for our clients. We also share revenue so we offer our clients money back on every meeting booked through the Consortium.

RMC was formed in 1996 by a group of former Hotel and Resort Group Sales and Convention Services Executives. Our goal is to consolidate the purchasing efforts of corporations and associations in an effort to secure preferential pricing for their group meetings, conventions and incentive programs. In addition, we provide an array of complimentary meeting planning services and allow our clients to participate in a revenue sharing program.
