My job as an Agent is to write insurance for both Commercial and Personal Lines. Colonial Insurance Agency in Hillsborough, NC is an independent entity, meaning we can test the market to find our clients the best coverage and price available. No matter what you or your company may require, due to our many diverse and qualified carriers (including Travelers, Hartford, Erie, etc.), I can make sure that your risks are covered.

A beautiful aspect of my job is that potential partners will only choose me if I am providing better quality and better pricing than what they were previously receiving. If someone walks out of Colonial displeased with their portfolio, they can and will go elsewhere. I refuse to let that happen. I work as hard as I can for my clients to keep them pleased with my service, their thoroughness of coverage, and our carriers' pricing; so that I may therefore keep those clients myself. The agent-to-client relationship is truly a symbiotic one, and it is my job to keep the relationship flourishing for as long as I can.
