Becoming a sole proprietor in the home inspection business was a decision based on the desire to help provide home buyers gain the knowledge they need to make an informed decision about the BIGGEST purchase they will make in their lives.
Having purchased and remodeled multiple homes as well as becoming trained and certified through (NACHI) National Association of Certified Home Inspectors has given me the skills and knowledge needed to fully serve my customers.
Owning my own home inspection business allows me to fully cater to my customers. I do this by putting the necessary time into each inspection, regardless of the condition of the home and making sure the (SOP) standards of practice are followed; unlike the big inspection companies who put time limits on each inspection. Also; using the latest inspection software on my smartphone and tablet allows me to follow the SOP's and not miss a step.
The inspection report the customer receives the same day, includes: a cover page with the photo of the home, a well formatted, detailed, highlighted notes, in a easy to read report with photos and a summary page for quick review.
