My background prior to making Sales Training/Management Training/Motivational Speaking was as follows. I was a Martial Arts Instructor for over 25 years, I trained children and adults in the arts. I worked for major corporations as a business to business sales rep, sales manager and general manager for over 15 years. I owned my own business with 40 + employees and currently own a company which my partner and I (my sister) are in the process of franchising. I can tailor my speeches and training to meet your needs. I served in the US Army in the early 80’s. I also do one day sales training which I specialize in teaching a cold calling system that gets results. I incorporate understanding the different personality styles in order to get to the right person who makes the decision. I am a very direct, no nonsense, results driven kind of guy. I am a man who has to fight for EVERYTHING he has or has ever achieved. It all started with my childhood, worst than some, better than most. I grew up in the Great State of Texas on a ranch. I started the Martial Arts at 11 years old and had to pay for every lesson I ever took. I started working and saving money just for that purpose. Having worked in the Corporate world and owning my own companies in Los Angeles California, Dallas Texas and Southwest Florida I know what it is to develop a business from the ground up. I have hired, fired and cleaned the toilets so to speak. I have become an expert in the sales process and cold calling, I train managers to be better at managing and training their staff. I have become an expert at reading people through personalities types and developing rapport. I am a certified Hypnotherapist and skilled in NLP but use what I have learned to enhance my skills in dealing with people.
